Dalton Trucking Co. v. EPA: Texas Public Policy Foundation Taking Over Case

The Pacific Legal Foundation (PLF) lead attorney Ted Hadzi-Antich has announced he is taking a position with the Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) located in Austin, Texas.tppf-web

Mr. Hadzi-Antich has been the lead attorney working on behalf of the association and its members challenging how the U.S. EPA adopts rules. In a letter dated April 6th from the PLF it was announced that the TPPF will be taking the lead in our case now to be heard by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit located in San Francisco.

The TPPF is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit, non-partisan research institute. The Foundation’s mission is to promote and defend liberty, personal responsibility, and free enterprise in Texas and the nation by educating and affecting policymakers and the Texas public policy debate with academically sound research and outreach.
