Armstrong Insurance Hires Cerrina Jensen as New Employee Benefits Consultant

Armstrong & Associates announced on October 1, the hiring of Cerrina Jensen as their new Employee Benefits Consultant. Mrs. Jensen will be taking over for Brad Davis who is leaving the agency to seek opportunities outside of the company. Cerrina will be the new CCTA Employee Benefits Consultant. Both Cerinna and Jason Smith, will continue to provide the CCTA membership with knowledgeable service that is required in today’s ever changing Employee Benefits environment. Each CCTA/Armstrong client will receive a personalized letter about this change as well.

Mrs. Jensen began her insurance career with a regional P&C carrier in 1995, where she learned the insurance industry from the inside out. The diversity of her professional experience, and her sincere commitment to securing the best possible outcomes for her clients, add to Cerrina’s unique appeal in this business. Cerrina has a proven track record for helping her clients save money, right-size their coverage, and equip their staff with the benefits they want, need and appreciate. She is also well-versed regarding health care reform and its implications for employers. As an Employee Benefits Consultant, Cerrina will research the marketplace and carefully present available options that are in the best interest of the employer.

Cerrina is well known in the insurance industry, and a proud member of the National Association of Health  Underwriters (NAHU). She serves on the local board of directors (SAHU), as well as the California executive board (CAHU), and was recently named SAHU’s Member of the Year for the 2nd time. Cerrina is also a current member of the Leading Producers Round Table, and an active Toastmaster, having earned her Advanced Communicator status in 2012.

Cerrina grew up in the Bay Area and lives in Folsom with her husband Aaron, their two teenage children, and the family pets.  She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, serving the community as an active member of First Covenant Church, and visiting California’s many points of interest.
